As a Marketing Coordinator on our team, you'll own content calendars, run social and email channels, and ship real growth work for fast-moving brands — without getting lost in agency-style process.

In this role you will…
- Own your client's content calendar across social, blog and email.
- Draft posts, captions, newsletters and ad copy in the client's voice.
- Schedule and publish across LinkedIn, X, Instagram and other platforms.
- Run community engagement — replies, DMs, inbound triage.
- Manage campaign setups in Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads or Google Ads (in the client's account).
- Maintain live dashboards — what shipped, what moved, what's next.
- Coordinate with designers, developers and agencies the client also works with.
- Ship on a weekly cadence — not quarterly plans.
You will be a perfect fit if you…
- Have 1-3 years in marketing, content, social or a related role.
- Write tight, on-brand copy in English — long-form and short-form.
- Are comfortable with at least one scheduling tool (Buffer, Hootsuite, Later).
- Have touched a CMS (Webflow, WordPress, Ghost, Framer) and an ESP (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, HubSpot).
- Can read a dashboard and know what's a leading indicator vs vanity metric.
- Are comfortable working during your client's business hours.
Bonus points if you…
- Have run paid campaigns on Meta, LinkedIn or Google.
- Know basic SEO — keyword research, on-page, internal linking.
- Have experience with lifecycle email flows and automation.
- Are fluent in AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney) for assistive workflows.
