How large a team can you stand up?
We've scoped engagements from 5 to 75+ hires. Above 25, we assign a named Program Manager alongside your CSM, and we run dedicated recruitment pipelines to hit the volume without lowering the bar.
Do you sign a Master Services Agreement?
Yes. Every enterprise engagement operates under a negotiated MSA. Your legal team can redline our template, or we work from yours. Typical turnaround is 5–10 business days.
What about DPAs and data residency?
We sign a standard DPA (GDPR-aligned). Regional data residency is configurable — EU, US, UK or a specific pairing. For HIPAA or PCI-scoped engagements, we bring in the right controls and attestations from our cloud providers.
Can I negotiate payment terms?
Yes. Default is monthly net-7. Enterprise clients can move to net-30 or quarterly prepayment. Annual prepayment unlocks an additional 10–15% discount on top of any volume pricing.
How do you handle ramping 20+ people at once?
We've built a cohort onboarding playbook: parallel shortlists, shared training curriculum, 1-week shadow / 1-week supervised / 1-week production. Your team lead runs weekly reviews with our CSM. Most clients hit steady-state by the end of week three.
Can you operate under our brand?
Yes. White-label and co-brand engagements are supported. Your customers see your brand end-to-end — we stay invisible. This is a popular configuration for agencies and BPOs reselling our teams.
What reporting do we get?
A live dashboard of every KPI we've agreed to (CSAT, response time, SLA breach rate, ticket volumes, pipeline etc.). Weekly ops summary. Monthly scorecard. Quarterly business review with our leadership and yours.
What's the exit process look like?
30-day offboarding with full data export (CSV or JSON for every module). Your team's accounts are revoked at the agreed cutover. We can also assist with hiring the team directly onto your payroll for an agreed placement fee.
