The monthly rate on the Pricing page is all-in.

What's included in the rate

• The hire's salary, payroll, taxes, benefits and UIF (on our side)
• The South Assistants workspace
• Your dedicated Customer Success Manager
• 14-day satisfaction guarantee + no-charge replacements
• All onboarding and training

What's NOT included

Only two kinds of costs sit outside:

1. Third-party tool licences you want your hire to use on your accounts (e.g. Apollo, Figma seats)
2. Approved expenses — travel, paid media, specific tool purchases — reimbursed line-itemed on the following invoice
