Typical timeline
- Day 0 — Discovery call. We scope the role, budget, timezone and must-haves.
- Day 1-2 — We hand-pick 2-3 candidates from our vetted pool and send a shortlist with short video intros.
- Day 3-5 — You interview your favourites; we coordinate everything.
- Day 6-7 — Your chosen hire starts onboarding onto your stack and SOPs.
Exceptions
For specialist roles — senior developers, marketing leads, industry-specific SDRs — the match can take up to 10 days because the vetting pool is smaller and we often run a fresh role-specific assessment.
