The 14-day satisfaction guarantee

For the first 14 days, if you're not happy with your hire for any reason — skill gap, communication mismatch, working style — you won't be charged. We pause billing and start the replacement process.

How replacement works

  1. Let your Customer Success Manager know — a call, Slack, or email is fine.
  2. We pause billing immediately.
  3. Within 48 hours we share a new shortlist based on what you learned from the first fit.
  4. Your transition week isn't billed — you're only paying once the new hire is actively working.
