The table below lists the subprocessors that South Assistants (Pty) Ltd engages to deliver the Service. Each subprocessor is bound by a written agreement providing data-protection obligations no less protective than those in our Data Processing Addendum.
We maintain this list publicly and notify customers at least 30 days before adding a new subprocessor. Customers may subscribe to change notifications by emailing privacy@southassistants.com.

International transfers
Where a subprocessor processes Personal Data outside the EEA, UK, or South Africa, the transfer is protected by Standard Contractual Clauses, the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, or POPIA section 72 safeguards, as applicable.
